Upon selecting the submit button on all Registration Forms, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.  If you have any questions regarding any of our Terms and Conditions, please  PRIOR to submitting this form.

1. All registrations are subject to approval and space in class.  If a workshop is full or your registration is not approved and you have made payment, we will refund the full amount back to your account within 48 hours of notifying you your registration was not accepted.  We may also refund your payment if a class has been rescheduled to a time you are not able to participate, due to unforeseen circumstances on JTC's behalf.

2. We reserve the right to refuse participation with no explanation to the registrant.

3. Acceptance into all of the Failure is NOT an Option Coaching Programs are subject to an interview with coaches.  Acceptance is not guaranteed.

4. All payments are non-refundable (except in cases described in Terms and Conditions #1).  If you are not able to attend a scheduled workshop, please contact your instructor immediately.  It is at the instructor's sole discretion to determine if you will be allowed to transfer payment to the same future class.  Please note the instructor reserves the right to refuse to allow you to take the workshop again unless you pay the registrations fees again.

5. All information provided to us is held in the strictest confidence.  We will not knowingly sell or give away your information without your permission.  We may use your information to notify you of future events and workshops presented by JERPAT Training & Coaching and our affiliates.  You can read our full privacy policy by clicking here.

6. Monthly web hosting @ $14.95 per month is paid by credit card only and automatically billed on the 15th of each month. Credit card number will be required prior to workshop attendance. By registering for this class you are committing to a 1 year contract for hosting with JNetCreations.

7. Web hosting is provided by JNetCreations. Websites created in the JERPAT “Create a Website” workshop will not work due to the tool used if site is moved to another web hosting company.  This means that if at any point you choose to move your hosting to another company, you will need to recreate your website and will lose your current design.  Please note that you will not be entitled to any monetary refunds if you decide to change hosting companies and you will not be granted rights to your template design.

8. JNetCreations may include a small Web hosting link at the bottom of each page of the completed site.

9. Websites created in the JERPAT “Create a Website” class are created and maintained by the registrant. Technical support is available through JNetCreations.

10. You are liable for corporate-wise interpretation of legislation and contracts.

11. You, having a legal obligation to keep books, are responsible for your own bookkeeping, as a taxpayer, you are responsible for paying the taxes.

12. The responsibility for the correctness, completeness and pertinence for bookkeeping purposes of the information and material rests with you. You decide what calculations and reports shall be prepared and how they are exploited.

13. You will be responsible for controlling or correcting any computational or other errors in the material you provide for you bookkeeping records.

14. You are responsible for any and all commercial or managerial decisions.

15. You are responsible for the taxes of your business.

16. We will not provide any legal advice regarding your bookkeeping activities and highly encourage you to also work with an accountant.
